Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to quote and carry out your project: your name, phone number, email, the address of the work, what you tell us about it, and any drawings or photographs you send.

How we use it

• To reply, set the walkthrough and write your proposal.
• To order materials and schedule the crews.
• To keep a record of the work at your address.

Who sees it

Our office, your project lead and the crew on your job see what their part needs. If you are a designer, architect or builder, your client's address is used only for the project. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

Drawings and photographs

Files you email to us stay in our email and our project folders. We delete them when the project is closed unless you ask us to keep them.
